All retreat facilitators are Eagala Certified Professionals. EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association) is the leading international nonprofit association for professionals incorporating horses to address personal development needs. Humans learn best by doing so this model prescribes a hands-on approach where participants are given the space to project and analyze their situations, make connections, and find their own solutions. The Eagala model work is all done on the ground. There is no riding. This provides the opportunity for horses and humans to interact freely and as needed in the moment.

There is no horse experience required! However, proper footwear is… no open toed shoes please!
